WILD ANNEX is the trading name of Joe Pearson, a sole trader. The business address is 92 Station Road, Nottingham NG10 2DX, United Kingdom. Contact us at sales@wildannex.com. These terms apply to orders placed through wildannex.co.uk. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and fit

We aim to describe products accurately. Awning compatibility depends on factors including vehicle height, rail or attachment type and the product’s stated fitting range. Check the measurements and fitting information before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. Our registration example is a demonstration, not a live vehicle-data lookup. If you tell us a particular purpose and reasonably rely on our advice, your statutory rights still apply if the goods are not fit for that purpose.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge and the total payable are shown before you place your order. We will not add an unquoted delivery surcharge afterwards. An order is subject to product availability. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods. We may contact you to resolve an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Carrier transit takes additional time. Delivery options, charges and estimated timings are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day online cancellation right, return costs, refunds and what to do if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Our Delivery & Returns page provides the same practical information and an optional cancellation form. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law are not reduced by these terms, a manufacturer warranty, or our website guidance.

Website information and changes

We may update website content and these terms for future orders. The terms applicable to an order are those provided when you place it, subject to your statutory rights. If you have a question or complaint about an order, email sales@wildannex.com with your order number so we can help.
