Changing your mind

For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods, or the last item in a split delivery. Email us at sales@wildannex.com or use the optional form below. You do not need our permission to exercise your cancellation right. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return costs and address

If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct return cost. If you ask us to arrange a suitable return service, we will cap your charge at £12.99 for the entire return, even if more than one parcel is needed. WILD ANNEX will cover any carrier cost above that amount. You may instead arrange a suitable carrier yourself and pay that carrier directly. Please contact us before sending a bulky item so we can provide suitable return instructions; this is not a condition of your right to cancel.

If the goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose under your statutory rights, the £12.99 change-of-mind charge does not apply. We will cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection as appropriate.

Refunds

After a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery service. We do not have to refund any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service. We will refund to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You may inspect an awning as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging alone does not remove your cancellation right. We may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and function has reduced their value.

Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation right. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for a purpose you made known to us and reasonably relied on our advice for, email sales@wildannex.com with your order number. A manufacturer warranty does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
