Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is £4.99, or free when the order value is £50 or more. Express delivery is £6.99. The services available for your address and the total delivery charge are shown at checkout before you place an order. We will not add an unquoted delivery surcharge after checkout. Some remote postcodes may take longer or require a different carrier. If we cannot deliver an order to your address, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days after they are placed. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Standard carrier transit is estimated at a further 3–5 working days after dispatch, giving a usual total estimate of 6–10 working days from order. Express carrier transit is estimated at a further 1–2 working days after dispatch, giving a usual total estimate of 4–7 working days from order. Express delivery speeds up carriage, not the 3–5-working-day dispatch period. All timings are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact sales@wildannex.com with your order number. Photographs can help us investigate damage but are not a condition of your legal rights. Your delivery and return rights are explained in our Delivery & Returns page and Return and Refund policy.
